Last year saw the election of a new European Parliament and the appointment of a new European Commission.The Annual Review describes some of the challenges lying ahead in ensuring that environmental concerns stay high on the political agenda in Europe.
The outcomes of two major international conferencCommes, - the first on Sustainable Development Goals in September 2015 in New York, and the second the International Climate Change Conference in December 2015 in Paris, - will be the proof of how far Europe is committed to demonstrating high levels of environmental ambition.
WWF will be at the forefront of making sure Europe continues to lead in these areas.
