The IMF continues to lower its expectations for growth. Welcome to the postnormal, where risk is had to assess, so money sits on the sidelines, people don’t get hired, products don’t get built, salaries remain flat, taxes stay flat, growth slow, investors hedge more, etc., etc. etc.
